Carne Adovada (Marinated Pork) Ingredients: 4 lbs Pork Shoulder Meat (boneless or bone-in) 2 tsp Salt 2 pints red chili sauce 2 tsp oregano (whole leaf ) 3 garlic cloves, crushed Lighty dust meat with salt. Add garlic and oregano to chili sauce and pour over meat Marinate in refrigerator overnight. Cook slowly on stove top or in 350°F oven for about 1 hour, check for doneness> Serves: 6
